Easy to set up with the app. I have several of the plugs for a few years. Approx 3 out of 6 have failed after 2-3 years use. Two simply stopped working and another randomly switched on and off like a car indicator. These 3 plugs were in daily use (switching on and off lights) so the switching or electronics could have simply worn out. No obvious fix and no support from Teckin except "out of warranty". As I find them easy to use I did replace but not sure how many switching cycles they are designed for. Replacing every 2-3 years is perhaps acceptable but I am looking at other products to replace long term.
Wrong item received but situation promptly dealt with. Can't fault the service team.
The plugs sent are not Tekin they are branded Porik. They are also 2.4GHz, only. However, they are easy to set up and work as well as the other Tekin plugs I have, so not a problem.
These plugs are brilliant, easy to install and do exactly what it says onto the box. I'm so glad I bought these. The app makes it so easy to use, would thoroughly recommend them.
